The mastermind group or collaborative brainstorming process focuses on one thing: helping you make the changes you want to make in your life personally and professionally! When it is your turn in the “hot seat”, you will describe a goal or challenge, design a plan to achieve your goals and overcome obstacles. With creative ideas and resources from your group, you will leave the “hot seat" with a call to action for your next steps and a commitment from an accountability partner.

About the Founder
Margaret Holloway has 25 years experience in the field of education. Prior to founding AgapeMe LLC, Margaret served as Associate Principal in K-12 buildings for nine years. She worked collaboratively with colleagues, staff, students and parents to ensure that all students were learning at high levels and adequately prepared to be functional and successful global citizens. Prior to that, Margaret taught Spanish for eleven years at both the middle and high school levels.
She holds a Master of Science degree in Educational Leadership from Cardinal Stritch University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Spanish and Education from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
